Students who attend nail tech school in Rhode Island will complete 300 hours in the classroom. They will study how to provide manicures and pedicures, and to beautify the fingernails and toenails of their clients in a variety of ways. Following school, students must pass both a written and a practical exam as dictated by the Rhode Island Board of Hairdressing and Barbering.
