Our School
Milan Institute of Cosmetology offers a college atmosphere conducive to learning and individual growth. We offer both theory and practical instruction. The clinical area is well equipped for hands-on instruction.
A library area offers books and videotapes on cosmetology basics, as well as on more advanced areas of this field of study. Additional theory assistance is available on a one-on-one basis.

Career Programs
Every student at Milan Institute of Cosmetology holds the keys to success. Our programs are designed to help students unlock their potential for creativity and knowledge. Our instructors help students develop the skills they need to become beauty professionals. You can choose from a number of programs designed to meet your preferred career path:
• Operator/Cosmetologist - Courses cover hair cutting, styling and coloring; all aspects of skin care; all aspects of nail care
• Esthetician/Facialist - Courses cover bacteriology, facials, hair removal, makeup (application, composition, etc), salon business skills
• Manicurist - Courses cover manicure and pedicure procedures, the use of all manicuring implements and supplies, application of artificial nails, nail repair and nail and hand care
• Instructor - Courses cover all areas of cosmetology and beauty school operations
*Not all programs are available at all campuses

Financial Aid
We offer the following financing based on your need and qualifications:
1. Pay as you go with a small down payment and no interest charges
2. Scholarships on a limited basis at certain times of the year
3. Student financial assistance program through the U.S. Department of Education Office of Postsecondary Education
