Innovations Design Academy has been training students for professional careers since 2005. Successful graduates are ready to take the State of Illinois licensing exams and begin exciting careers in the beauty industry. The opportunities include:

• Hair technician

Courses begin six times a year. Starting dates are subject to change, and prospective students should contact the Enrollment Office for exact dates of starting classes. Full-time students will attend classes Tuesday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Cosmetology is offered at Innovations to prepare students for the licensing examination by the Board of Cosmetology for the State of Illinois only. The School provides every opportunity for the student to gain sufficient entry skill for the professional cosmetology job market. You'll receive hands-on training and the opportunity to work hair, skin and nail care services at our quality salon.
