The First Step
Welcome to Blades School of Hair Design! You can take your first steps to success by enrolling in our Cosmetology program. Blades School of Hair Design offers some of the latest techniques and trends in the beauty business.

At Blades School of Hair Design, you can learn the fundamentals in our spacious 4,000-square-foot facility. Our school features 38 workstations, a facial room, tanning beds and modern equipment.

You can gain the skills you need to succeed from our dedicated, friendly staff and instructors. Our supportive environment is the perfect place for you to learn the essentials that you need to thrive as a trained professional.

Cosmetology
Our program is a study of the phases of the arts and sciences related to cosmetology including:

• Hair design
• Hair shaping
• Permanent waving
• Coloring
• Manicuring
• Pedicuring
• Cosmetics
• Facials

Upon completion of our program, you should be trained to take the Maryland State Board of Cosmetology exam for your license.
